Olufemi Johnson is an experienced strategy and management consultant particularly keen about national and regional scale development programmes around the world, current working with A4AI as the Smart Inclusive Cities Fellow. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work as regional consultant for africapractice and OurWayFwd, working with private companies and national institutions around Sub Saharan Africa to deliver insights and recommendations to clients. He also spent time working as economic empowerment policy advocate for the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), specifically in financial inclusion, energy, and governance.
His passion lies in the development of emerging economies around the world through sustainable and circular means. The possibilities for these economies are undeniable, devising the right strategies to harness aspects of the population, natural resources and other existing capabilities is essential to harness their potential. His variety of personal interests in sports, written, visual and audio media and insatiable thirst to simply know more will always leave him wanting to see what could come next in our ever changing world.
